Lady Love
Her; "Left, right, left, right... Dress waving sideways from the evening breeze. Her systematic, rhythmic walking style gave this lady a chance to form a pattern in her shoeprints. That evening walked past a beautiful woman using her lips for blessing, her voice for kindness, her ears for compassion, her hands for charity and her heart for love. This was the third week I had been stalking her. I had been coming to the same shop pretending to buy staff, but the truth is I was always timing this lady as she went from school to her house. I was sure no one had seen my scheme of following her since not even my besties had known about it. It wasn't easy telling them about it, since I was a lady falling for a lady.
Yeah, you read it right, I'm a lady, and I think I'm in love with another lady. Okay, I wouldn't call it love per se, since I didn't know what it really was. I have a boyfriend who I love very much, but then again why have I been stalking this lady for all that long? I have been raised the Christian way. Life is a man to a woman, not a man to man neither woman to woman. That has got me keeping it a secret This lady had been my classmate for the last three months since the semester started. At first, she was lonely since she was new at school and didn't know anyone. She sat at the front of the class and unfortunately I was a backbencher, the later comer, the noisemaker, sleeping in all lectures, missing classes.
Why I think I have a feeling of her you ask? At first I never even noticed her. She was just another classmate I could copy the exams from incase I sat next to her, till one day she came top school dressed like a company manager. I stared at her from the moment she entered the class till she took her pen and books out of her bag pack. I couldn't help it. I asked my friends what her name was and from then my interest grew in her. I remember that evening I followed her till I knew where she came from. To this day I have never even said hey to her. I think I will freak her out if I approach her with such news.
Me; Why the heck are you telling me this again?
Her; Haven't you been listening to anything i have been saying?
***TO BE CONTINUED***
It wouldn't hurt to share...
