Patience
Well, they say it’s a virtue. The ability to tolerate delay of things without change of your current situation with the hope of a positive feedback. It is never easy mostly when you are in a hurry to get something. Sometimes you have to be patient for as long as it takes for you to get the results of your work. Most of the times there is a positive feedback. Furthermore trees that are slow to grow bear the best fruits.
There are times to stay put, and what you want will come to you, and there are times to go out into the world and find such a thing for yourself. For those who wait know the kind of fruits patience comes with. Patience is bitter, but its fruit is sweet. Ask anyone who has suffered for a long time and later succeeded in life. He knows more of to wait for his day will come soon with all that is his. As a person who had once gone to the gym (please be quiet), results don’t happen with a blink of an eye. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying it from experience, it’s from what I have seen those who went to the gym and waited for those months working out to get what they wanted. If only I did too, where could I be.
“Patience is power. Patience is not an absence of action; rather it is “timing” it waits on the right time to act, for the right principles and in the right way.” Fulton J. Sheen.
Sometimes losing patience overwhelms oneself due to the eagerness of getting what you want. It is never easy being patient while others succeed. Sometimes you feel like giving up when others succeed within a short period of time compared to yours. Patience is something you admire in the driver behind you and scorn in the one ahead. Have patience thing tend to be hard and difficult before at the end they become easy. One of the paradoxes of life is that being impatient often makes it harder to achieve something. As with any skill, you get better at manifesting the more you practice. Patience is not the ability to wait; patience is to be calm no matter what happens, constantly take action to turn it to positive growth opportunities, and have faith to believe that it will all work out in the end while you are waiting. Learn to be patient with what is yours and the end results will be one to be grateful for.
“Patience is the key to paradise” Turkish Proverb.
